Key Fundraising Position

This leadership role is focused on creating and implementing a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy to support the philanthropic efforts of our foundation.

  • Create a clear roadmap for fundraising with defined short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives based on a shared vision of desired outcomes.
  • Develop a national network of diverse supporters to strengthen the existing network and add new champions and donors.
  • Build a diverse portfolio approach to fund raising to ensure effort and target distribution across different kinds of sources.
  • Proactively execute multiple aspects of the plan engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and get things done. They should have strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and an executive presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Master's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles.

  • An adaptable and innovative mindset with a keen eye for emergent trends and regulatory environments.
