
Healthcare Centre Operations Manager

As a centre head for our clinics, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the clinic, owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.
You will oversee daily/weekly MIS and ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
- Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team.
- Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services is required.
Graduate/MBA preferred. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams are essential.
