Position: Healthcare Professional – Field Promotion & Marketing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Healthcare Professional to drive community engagement and promote the healthcare services of Medinetix Hospital. The role involves field-based promotional activities, building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners, and creating awareness about the hospital's services across diverse medical streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Promotion: Regularly visit dental clinics, Ayurvedic centers, Homeopathic clinics, Bengali doctors, RMPs, and other local practitioners to promote Medinetix Hospital services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners, ensuring continuous referral support.
  • Brand Awareness: Educate doctors and practitioners about hospital facilities, specialties, diagnostic services, and patient care benefits.
  • Marketing Activities: Distribute hospital brochures, promotional material, and organize outreach programs (health camps, awareness drives, CME programs).
  • Referral Coordination: Act as a liaison between practitioners and Medinetix Hospital, ensuring smooth referral processes.
  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and local healthcare trends to support marketing strategy.
  • Reporting: Submit daily/weekly visit reports and maintain records of practitioner engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in healthcare promotion, medical representative role, or hospital marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (local language proficiency desirable).
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse healthcare practitioners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
