Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled performance marketing professional to plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient leads, appointments and brand visibility for healthcare services.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations.
  • Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns.
