Job Description

We are looking for a
dynamic and creative person
to join our team as a
Digital Marketing & Client Engagement Executive
. This role combines
digital marketing, social media management, website upkeep, and client communication
.

You will manage our online business presence, social media platforms, and digital promotions, while also acting as a key
point of contact for clients
.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Brand Management

• Manage and update company profiles on different
  portals
  .
• Handle
  social media management
  – create, schedule, and post engaging content on
  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  .
• Plan, execute, and optimize
  social media ads and digital campaigns
  to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Customer Communication & Relationship Building

• Respond promptly to inquiries/leads from online platforms and social media.
• Handle
  Outlook company email IDs
  – manage client communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Act as a
  primary contact point
  for customers and associates through email, online platforms, and social media messages.
• Maintain a client database and track customer feedback.

Website Management

• Regularly update and maintain the
  company's official website
  (content, product details, events, news).
• Ensure website design and content reflect current offerings and promotions.
• Coordinate with IT/design partners for technical upgrades or troubleshooting.

Creative Content & Promotions

• Prepare
  product offers, quotations, and presentations
  for clients.
• Design simple creatives using Canva/Photoshop for campaigns and social media posts.
• Develop engaging
  social media reels, stories, and product highlights
  to attract and retain followers.
• Support in
  email marketing & WhatsApp campaigns
  .

Organizational Growth & Support

• Assist sales and business development team with client proposals and presentations.
• Track
  competitor social media activity, digital trends, and market movements
  .
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance
  digital reach and customer engagement
  .
• Utilize spare time for learning and upskilling in social media and digital marketing.

Skills We Value

• Creativity and an eye for social media content/design.
• Proficiency in
  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of
  digital marketing, SEO, and website CMS (WordPress/Wix, etc.)
  .
• Experience handling
  Outlook and professional client communications
  .
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in
  Marketing, Business or related fields
  .
• 1–3 years of experience in
  digital marketing, social media, or website management
  preferred.
• Freshers with strong digital skills and enthusiasm may also apply.
