Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Healthcare Solutions Manager to lead our efforts in partnering with corporates and institutions across sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of nurturing and growing enterprise partnerships, driving adoption of healthcare services, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

About the Role

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong consultative relationships with HR/Benefits heads, CXOs, and admin leads to deliver exceptional client experiences.
    • Conduct regular reviews to share performance metrics, feedback, and engagement plans.
  • Account Growth & Engagement:
    • Co-create customized health & wellness solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals to expand our footprint within client organizations.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of healthcare services.
    • Resolve service issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Presentation performance reports, usage trends, and health outcomes to clients.
    • Generate data-driven insights to demonstrate impact and influence strategic decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal trackers.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or enterprise partnerships.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, insurance, wellness, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills across senior levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Customer-obsessed and outcome-driven.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
