Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Professional to manage our office operations, oversee recruitment, and provide administrative support to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skillset, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing vendors and freelancers, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

Additionally, this role will involve providing logistical support during client shoots and managing props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and HR:
    • Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain employee records.
    • Coordinate payroll inputs, track leaves, attendance, and ensure smooth HR operations.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention rates.
  • Operations and Coordination:
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
    • Assist founders with project tracking and team follow-ups.
  • Shoot and Production Support:
    • Support the creative team during client shoots (scheduling, logistics, coordination).
    • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English) required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
