Qualifications include:
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Front Office management and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage appointments and handle inquiries efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
