We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Receptionist / Personal Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should be professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk reception services with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules effectively.
- Handle clerical tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and filing.
- Arrange travel plans, bookings, and other logistics as required.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support senior executives in personal assistance duties as required.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in reception, personal assistance, or executive administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, diary management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in handling office correspondence and travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Kolkata, West Bengal.
Salary
