Job Overview:
As a Beauty Advisor with Estee Lauder Companies, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading brand in the prestige beauty industry. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of makeup artistry, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, educating customers on various makeup products and techniques
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create engaging in-store experiences, including events and visual merchandising
- Assist with maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience
- Demonstrate technical expertise and creativity in makeup artistry, using retail point-of-sale software to facilitate sales
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or makeup artistry is preferred, but not required; willingness to learn and demonstrate creative and technical expertise
- Able to work variable hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
- Able to provide proof of right to live and work in India, if invited to attend an interview
