Employee Health Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee employee health and benefits for our clients. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients and developing new business relationships.

  • Studying client portfolios, consulting on risk management, and suggesting improved terms with insurers.
  • Performing gap analysis, negotiating better policies, and maintaining 100% client retention.
  • Preparing proposals for client presentations, assisting with roadshows, and engaging in quarterly/annual surveys.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Booking and invoicing business on time.
  • Cross-selling opportunities with other practices.
  • Interacting with insurance markets, sourcing solutions for clients.
  • Ensuring documentation and policy issuance meet SLA standards.
  • Renewal tracking, premium reminders, and claims assistance.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for client deliverables.

The ideal candidate should possess leadership traits, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good networking and communication skills, and experience in the insurance industry or TPA. They should be able to manage diverse client cultures and have domain knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance or TPA.
  • Leadership skill traits.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maximum experience: 10 years.
  • Estimated annual salary: ₹12-20 lakhs.
