We are seeking a dynamic business lead to spearhead the strategic development and execution for our online luxury business. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our business strategy across channels, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement to elevate our online luxury website to new heights.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our position as the one-stop shop for luxury fashion & lifestyle category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing effective advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Liaising with external agencies and authorities as necessary.
  • Reviewing overall performance on KPIs–performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
