Project Management Role

This role focuses on delivering luxury villas and bungalows with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and timely execution.

  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, including design and construction.
  • Develop detailed project plans ensuring high quality, precision, and timely execution.
  • Monitor on-ground progress - conduct snagging, ensure finishing standards, and resolve execution challenges.
  • Optimize cost without compromising on luxury standards through value engineering.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of project strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with designers, consultants, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Take ownership of resolving problems and escalate only when necessary.
Quality & Detailing
  • Maintain an uncompromising focus on finishing and detailing, inspired by luxury experience rather than mass urban developments.
  • Ensure every element meets international luxury standards, from structure to interiors.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and partners.
Team Leadership & Engagement
  • Lead smaller but more intense teams, emphasizing quality over quantity of projects.
  • Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance to team members.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence within the team.
Financial & Contractual Oversight
  • Manage construction finance, including billing, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
  • Navigate fragmented supply chains and work effectively with mid to low-grade contractors without compromising quality.
  • Proactively handle risks and cost escalations, negotiating favorable terms with vendors.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategy and execution priorities.
  • Communicate transparently with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Take ownership of local issues and on-ground challenges - resolve problems rather than escalating or deferring.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.
