Maxcolor LLC seeks a visionary Creative Director to lead the development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon.

  • This role is responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints, from product imagery to A+ content.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong ownership mentality, and deep experience in delivering high-performance content within structured workflows.

We are looking for someone who can define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand, direct photography efforts, collaborate closely with graphic design, review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers, oversee creative execution for product detail pages, partner with the Product, Business Analytics and Strategy teams, and continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.

This position requires a senior creative professional with at least 3 years of experience in luxury category or Amazon, proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development, deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  • Bringing the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensuring a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail while overseeing efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery.
  • Using performance data (CTR, conversion, image heat maps, sales trends) and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content.

Key qualifications include:

  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up and refine scalable creative processes.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a performance-driven environment.

This role offers a distinct and elevated brand identity on Amazon, high-quality, conversion-optimized visual content across all listings, well-coordinated and agile creative team, and continuous improvement in visual performance metrics tied to content optimization.
