Job Title: Creative Art Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Art Director to spearhead the visual communication tone for our brands.

As a seasoned Creative Art Director, you will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop innovative content that drives brand awareness and consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Create brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and design standards while staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro).
  • Strong style and design capabilities to deliver designs for brands.
  • A genuine passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing.

Experience:

Up to 2 years of digital design and advertising experience.
