Responsibilities:

  • Stay ahead of competitor moves and cultural shifts, adapting our strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to bridge the gap between brand and growth initiatives.
  • Develop playbooks for influencer partnerships, PR, and other key areas.
  • Analyze data, listen to customer feedback, and refine our approach to achieve maximum impact.
About You:
  • 4-5 years of experience in shaping and executing brand strategies, preferably in D2C, lifestyle, or fashion.
  • A deep understanding of youth culture and digital trends, with the ability to identify emerging opportunities.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns that moved hearts and drove sales.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, combined with analytical abilities to inform strategic decisions.
  • A restless and ambitious mindset, with a passion for playing a key role in a fast-paced startup.
  • Based in Pitampura, New Delhi, with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
