Job Description:
The Business/P&L Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales strategy execution.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
