About the Job:

This is a full-time position for an Executive Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. The person will also collaborate closely with other functional teams to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies

  • Leading a high-performing sales team

Required Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing Industrial accounts in Metal/Cement/Pharma/Oil & Gas sector
  • Account Management, Sales Operations, and revenue management skills
  • A track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products
