As a key player in procurement operations, you will leverage your expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline procurement processes by analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing system enhancements to boost productivity and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems, including dashboards and reports, to track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for growth, and measure progress against strategic objectives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by verifying adherence to established procurement policies and procedures, conducting regular audits, and developing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide training and support to procurement staff and other users on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner, maintaining organization and precision in task execution and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
