Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Professional to lead our strategic sourcing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business goals.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

  • You will lead the purchase team to achieve departmental targets, optimize procurement processes for cost savings and efficiency, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, manage inventory to meet production demands, and continuously explore and develop new vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement. You must have strong negotiation, analytical skills, and knowledge of ERP systems.

Apart from technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, which will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
