As a Coupa Expert, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a collaborative environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa to ensure data security and integrity.
- Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
- Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
- Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coupa certifications or training.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
