Contract Lawyer & Procurement Specialist

Overview

This role involves expert contract negotiation and procurement management, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate IT contracts globally with Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) customers and partners;
  • Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure;
  • Work closely with other legal team members to achieve common goals;
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactions received in the previous month;
  • Conduct presentations, training sessions, and meetings as required;
  • Manage junior lawyers and provide guidance when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, risk identification, and mitigation;
  • Experience in structuring, preparing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements and commercial proposals;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
