Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide timely support for application and system issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth operation of production and non-production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt technical assistance for application and system issues.
  2. Monitor application performance and alerts.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or escalate as necessary.
  4. Support the deployment, patching, and configuration changes of applications.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation and dashboards.
  6. Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
  7. Adhere to incident, change, and problem management practices.
  8. Participate in shift-based or on-call support rotations.
