Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in TrueSight Operations Management, with expertise in installation, upgrade, integration, administration, and configuration, particularly with version 10.x and later. They should also possess good experience in installing Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, and Solaris OS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, upgrade, and integration of TrueSight Operations Management
  • Administration and configuration of the system, including knowledge modules such as DB, Websphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, and Sentry monitoring studio
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent and TrueSight server component issues
  • Event Management policy administration and configuration
  • Working knowledge of MRLs and custom classes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of datacenter IT infrastructure components, Unix, and Windows OS
  • Familiarity with virtualization concepts
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the business team
Certifications:
  • Certification on TrueSight
