We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Cloud Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux and AWS, with a proven track record of ensuring the smooth operation and security of cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Ensure the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Server Management: Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
