Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Admin

We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, EPM, OTM) to lead and support our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional with a strong technical background and proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications.
- Administer and maintain all aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform, including provisioning, enterprise applications, environment types, middleware, and metadata configurations.
- Implement and manage user roles and security policies within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and recoverability of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Oversee system maintenance, backup, recovery, and patching efforts in collaboration with Oracle support.
- Create and manage KPIs, reports, and dashboards to track ERP system performance and operational health.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and incident management related to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM.
- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and Oracle on environment refreshes, maintenance schedules, and outage communication.
- Assist technical teams with Oracle instance configuration and enterprise application support.
- Champion best practices for Oracle Cloud administration, including security, reliability, and change control.
- Develop and document system requirements, workflows, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Security, Network, Product, and Development to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Over 8 years of ERP administration experience, with 3+ years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM, OTM).
- 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP administration (not Oracle EBS).
- Exposure in Oracle Fusion Cloud patching & proficiency in RMC, and security management.
- Solid hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
- Experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and object relationships.
- Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, and deployment methodologies.
- Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and the relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutions.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.
- Strong documentation skills for system design, process flows, and recovery procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, digital, and presentation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
