Job Title: HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing HCM Cloud solutions with 7+ years of experience in functional areas, including at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence and OTL modules.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a good understanding of Fast Formulas.
  • Identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to clients, estimating work for vanilla implementations and personalizations/reports/integrations/enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, conducting client presentations and demos.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a good command over spoken and written English.
Requirements:
  • Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Exhibiting effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken & written English.
  • Effectively managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
  • Following through on all assignments and taking ownership of customer issues.

A successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
