Job Title: Cloud Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Cloud Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex cloud-based systems.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Linux, scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell), Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Windows Terminal Services. Experience with cloud technology (AWS, Azure), networking skills, and certifications (RHEL, Kubernetes, AWS) are highly desirable.

This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Service, Customer Support, Engineering, and QA.

  • Providing technical expertise and leadership to SaaS Operations Production Operations teams
  • Implementing the Cloud Operations team's goals and deliverables as determined by Leadership
  • Ensuring smooth operations of SaaS products
  • Taking complete ownership of customer implementations, including SLA and SLO

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related discipline. Strong innovation mindset, analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience effectively communicating project/program mission and objectives are essential.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex cloud-based systems
