Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Architect to implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Saas and PaaS systems. The ideal candidate will work with clients to understand their business needs, develop custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

The role involves hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools and technologies, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Solution Design: Design the solution for all technical components to meet specific business requirements.
  2. Custom Development: Build custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion technology stack.
  3. System Architecture: Understand the complete architecture of Fusion.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical challenges.
  5. Data Migration: Have experience with data migration.
  6. Full Lifecycle: Take care of design, development, and deployment.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leads to ensure technical alignment.
  8. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and functional analysts to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  9. Proposal and Prototyping: Estimate technical proposals and prototype the same.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of Oracle ERP technical experience, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proficiency in technologies like FBDI, HDL, OIC, VBCS, OPA, Page Composer, Redwood page extension, Dashboard, OTBI, BIP, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and JSON.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation is essential.
  • Knowledge of OCI services (Containers, ATP, DBCS).
  • Worked on Oracle EBS suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, SCM technical integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and security configuration is often preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud Professional Certificate.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and release management.
