Cloud Systems Administrator Job Overview

This role involves leading Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations to deliver projects on time.

  1. Responsibilities include administering key applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.
  2. Manage provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  3. Design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  4. Work with Oracle to perform System/Service Maintenance Tasks, Back Up and Recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  5. Monitor performance and architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and EPM applications, maintaining the reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  6. Develop KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards to view service detail and notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  7. Collaborate with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field is required.
  2. 8+ years of overall ERP Administration experience.
  3. 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM.
  4. Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP).
  5. Mandatory working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  6. Previous experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing, and Roll-out.
  7. Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationship between various objects.
  8. Preferred certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate.
  9. Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
  10. Exceptional English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required.
  11. Ability to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise.
  12. Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
