Cloud Administrator Position

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Cloud Administrator to lead our team's implementation and optimization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and configuring Salesforce, with expertise in Lightning setup, workflow automation, data architecture design, and security protocols. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, reporting proficiency, and user training/support abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning)
  • Configure workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards
  • Implement security measures (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules)
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups
  • Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center)
  • Collaborate with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments
  • Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems (work with middleware teams)

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments
  • Expert in Lightning configuration and workflow automation
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security protocol knowledge
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Exposure to MuleSoft/other iPaaS; basic Apex understanding for coordination
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred
