Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing technical support for G-Base Software (Mainframe) and PEGA system
  2. Assisting end-users with software and hardware issues
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  4. Ensuring systems run efficiently
  5. Documenting and tracking support tickets
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Help Desk Support
  2. Experience with G-Base Software (Mainframe) and PEGA system is an added advantage
  3. Proficiency in Business English
  4. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
  5. Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
