Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through phone, email, and chat. The role involves resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and escalating issues as needed. Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels.
  2. Analyze customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
  3. Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer support role.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada).
