Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cynosure Corporate Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to educate them about our home services and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs in a timely manner.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking.
  • Sales: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas by providing exceptional service and creating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM database.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge and best practices, and provide feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and influence customers, proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office, good negotiation and sales skills, and organized self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
