Job Title: Technical Training Specialist

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service quality. Your primary objective is to train regional customer service organizations through the 'train-the-trainer' concept, empowering them to provide top-notch service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Determining regional training requirements for online and offline courses
  • Reviewing and ensuring that regional content meets compliance specifications and didactic standards
  • Planning, organizing, and moderating regional trainer conferences
  • Conducting train-the-trainer events or service partner trainings

You will also be responsible for developing and qualifying service organizations for products, digital challenges, software solutions, and apps. Additionally, you will create surveys to measure knowledge transfer and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training efforts, schedules, participants, resources, and costs.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. A proven track record of 4-5 years in training service and an engineering background in electrical or electronics is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position include:

  • Influencing timelines for training activities and documentation
  • Deciding on training efforts, schedules, and participants based on effectiveness and resource allocation
