Job Title: Female Telecaller
About the RoleWe are seeking passionate and dynamic professionals to generate leads for business, mortgage, housing, and personal loans.
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent at building relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling and other strategies.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and qualify them for our loan products.
- Provide detailed information about loan products and services.
- Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Experience in telecalling, especially in the financial sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to explain financial products and services.
- Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of financial documents and business models.
- Prior experience in generating leads for business, mortgage, housing, and personal loans.
- Background in NBFCs, Banks, or tech companies focused on financial products.
