Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our outreach initiatives across India. As an Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement for our programs through strategic partnerships and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in outreach, admissions, partnerships, or stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote our programs, representing our organization at career fairs, expos, and other relevant forums, and executing region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools across India.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business development principles, marketing strategies, and stakeholder management techniques.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively represent our organization at various events and forums.

They should also have a strong passion for driving business growth, be highly motivated, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
