Job Title: Business Process Specialist

Overview:

A seasoned Business Process Specialist is sought to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and efficiency. This dynamic individual will be responsible for analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans and technical specifications.
  • Conduct process analysis, feasibility studies, and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but desirable).
