Are you looking for a challenging role that combines process migration activities with IT implementation? As a Transition Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the transition leader and be responsible for internal and external reporting and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Active Transitions
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
  • Support Projects as First Escalation Point for Internal and Customer Issues

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT transitions, although this is not a requirement. What is essential is previous experience in BPO/BPM backgrounds. If you have a strong understanding of strategic business objectives and can facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:
  • Create and Review Transition Solutions for RFPs/RFIs
  • Develop Detailed Project Charter, Project Plan, and Transition Plan
  • Identify and Define Business Case, Defining Project Tasks and Resource Requirements

You will also participate in process migration activities along with IT implementation, giving our clients a distinct advantage as vendors manage both IT and operations. Optimization of the transition methodology – reduce time, reduce costs, reduce risks, retain/improve quality – is also key to success in this role.

  • Risk Management: Understand business and operational risks and develop and execute mitigation plans.
  • Process Specific Business Continuity Planning
