What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 10 BDRs to achieve outstanding performance and crush their numbers.
  • Develop and refine our prospecting playbook, focusing on outreach strategies, messaging, and cold call scripts.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize team operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 1 year of management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and messages.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for helping team members grow.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
