Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related fields, 5–8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector, and a network of established relationships with 50–60 schools.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications, and prior experience in EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
