Corporate Partnership Specialist

The role of Fundraiser Executive is to drive corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to translate vision into compelling funding opportunities for corporates.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and build a pipeline of potential leads.
- Initiate outreach through cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.
- Proposal Development
- Support in creating customised CSR proposals, decks and donor communications aligned to social impact goals.
- Work closely with the content team to highlight success stories and data.
- Donor Engagement
- Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
- Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
- Relationship Management
- Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress reports to funders.
- Support donor recognition and branding deliverables.
- Events & Experiences
- Coordinate corporate visits to experience centres and donor engagement events.
- Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops and public-facing CSR events.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics and report progress to leadership.
- Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, or related fields.
2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
Ability to create proposals, presentations and impact reports.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
