Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Partnership Developer to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability will help the candidate succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent Thrillophilia at partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India to foster new opportunities and partnerships.

Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
