Strategic Partnerships Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our partnerships team as a Strategic Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    1. Campaign Development: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
    2. Persuasive Proposals: Create compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and return on investment, showcasing your expertise in effective communication.
    3. Trend Analysis: Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights, staying ahead of the curve.
    4. Campaign Tracking: Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports, providing data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
    5. Professional Communication: Maintain professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners, fostering strong relationships and trust.
    6. Digital Tools: Leverage AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, Looker, Similarweb, HubSpot, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
