Job Title: Senior Engineering Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Engineering Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our US-based engineering recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, manage high-performing teams, and deliver quality candidates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet performance targets and exceed client expectations
  • Manage a team of engineers recruiters, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure optimal performance and growth
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends to ensure best-in-class service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US engineering recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or supervisory role
  • Deep knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong understanding of job boards, ATS/CRM tools, and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage high-performing recruitment teams
