As a Bell Desk Ambassador at AccorHotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage and transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Arrival and Departure:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm smile and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Bid farewell to departing guests, assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements.
- Luggage Handling and Storage:
- Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of stored luggage and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Concierge Services:
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Arrange transportation services, such as taxis, airport transfers, and car rentals, for guests.
- Safety and Security:
- Monitor and ensure the security of guest belongings during transportation and storage.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is an advantage.
