Are you a skilled communicator looking for a challenging role in the travel industry? As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to support the management of reservations, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will also be proficient in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and supervise a team of colleagues. They will also be able to analyze data to identify opportunities for improving processes and guest satisfaction.

This is a remote position based in India, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The work schedule will be primarily at night, working within US timings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills. An American accent is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
