The role of Business Growth Representative involves empowering technology brands to connect with decision-makers and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Sourcing & Research
  • Identify and research potential client accounts through digital platforms, databases, and market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline aligned with client campaign objectives.
Outreach & Engagement
  • Execute targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
  • Educate potential customers on solutions and qualify their interest based on predefined criteria.
Qualification & Handover
  • Qualify leads by understanding their challenges, budget, authority, and timelines.
  • Schedule and set up meetings/demos for the sales or client account teams.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with account managers and campaign teams to ensure quality delivery of leads.
  • Track activity in CRM and provide weekly reporting on pipeline and conversion metrics.
