
Senior Sales Professional

We are currently seeking a seasoned sales professional to assume the role of Technical Account Manager. This key position involves driving sales processes with direct and channel customers, effectively communicating our product positioning to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Sales Process Management: Identify key technical and business issues affecting aligned accounts, ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Product Support: Provide accurate forecasting on sales pipeline performance, monitor the quality of services delivered to customers, conduct quarterly business reviews and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to grow and expand implementation/integration of our products and services, act as a customer advocate focused on enhancing customer experience.
Successful candidates will possess a background in security and/or networking, with 3-6 years of experience in an engineering, administration, or support role. Knowledge of IT security fields, desktop and server operating systems, network protocols, LAN configuration, and web security architectures is advantageous.
