Senior Product Lead

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Lead to drive the development of our trading platform.

About the Role
  • Oversight of the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery.
  • Crafting innovative features and products that simplify trading and investing.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Tight collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
  • Maintaining a keen eye on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts.
  • Data-driven decision-making to fuel growth and adoption.
Key Qualifications
  • 8–12 years' experience in product management, preferably with 5+ years in a senior role.
  • A deep understanding of the stock market, including equities, derivatives, and investment platforms.
  • Prior experience as a trader or strong familiarity with trading platforms is highly desirable.
  • A solid grasp of product fundamentals: user research, design thinking, agile methodologies, and metrics analysis.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, coupled with creativity, analytical rigor, and a drive to succeed.
Bonus Points
  • Fintech experience, particularly in trading platforms or wealth-tech solutions.
  • Knowledge of algo-trading, APIs, or wealth-tech tools can be beneficial.
  • A passion for creating products that democratize investing opportunities.
